Returns & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of parcel delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us first with your order details and the reason for your request. You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for processing.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Faulty Items: Returns are accepted strictly for manufacturing defects or faulty items. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Change of Mind & Sizing: We do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing; however, we are happy to offer an exchange.
  • Final Sale Items: All discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

Product & Warranty Disclaimer

Warranty: Items sold by Haya by Amina do not come with a product warranty.
Color Accuracy: Slight color variances may occur due to digital display settings, screen resolutions, or photography lighting.
